The routine I recommend

Morning: cleanser, vitamin C serum, body butter. Night: cleanser, body butter again (skip the vitamin C at night). For extreme dryness, alternate between the Rosemary and Unscented body butters depending on how reactive your skin feels that day. Give the brightening serum 4 to 6 weeks before evaluating the tone change.
