I am Kay. I built this brand in my kitchen after my daughter's eczema, and Mystic Oud is the scent I made for myself when I wanted a body butter that felt like a candle lit room and a soft cashmere sweater. It is layered, grown up, and it works on every skin tone. The refill exists because once you find your signature, you do not want to switch.

What is in the pouch

This is a 12 ounce refill of our Mystic Oud Body Butter, the exact same plant based formula as the Mystic Oud Body Butter jar. The base is shea butter, mango butter, avocado oil, and jojoba oil, with cedarwood, patchouli, sandalwood, frankincense, and a touch of vanilla. Same small batch quality, same texture, just packed in a lighter pouch so you can refill the jar you already love.

How to refill

Open the cap on your existing jar, snip the corner of the pouch, and squeeze the body butter into your jar. Smooth the top with the back of a clean spoon, secure the lid, and store at room temperature out of direct sun. Use within twelve months. After your shower, scoop a small amount and apply to damp skin so it locks in moisture and absorbs fast.

What does Mystic Oud smell like?

Warm, woody, and a little sweet. Cedarwood and sandalwood do the grounding, patchouli and frankincense add depth, and a touch of vanilla rounds it off. It reads as luxury without being heavy.

About three to four months with daily, full body use. Longer if you are mostly using it on hands, elbows, and other spot areas.

Can I use this if I have eczema or very sensitive skin?

For active eczema, start with the Eczema Relief Body Butter. For sensitive but not flaring skin, this scent and our other gentle scents tend to work well. Patch test on the inside of your wrist first.
